1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MOR CARS website and marketplace and any rental booked through it. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & account
Renters must meet the minimum age and licence requirements stated at booking and provide accurate identity and driver details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once accepted and payment (or pre-authorisation) is completed. Prices are shown in euros and include the items listed at checkout. Additional charges such as mileage, fuel or tolls may apply as described in the car's terms.
4. Insurance & deposit
Each rental includes the insurance cover described on the car's page and a refundable security deposit. The deposit is released after the car is returned in its original condition, subject to any applicable charges.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation windows and refund amounts are shown at booking and in your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
6. Use of the vehicle
Vehicles must be used lawfully and in line with the rental agreement — including territory, mileage and driver restrictions. The renter is liable for fines, damage or loss arising during the rental period as set out in the agreement.
7. Liability
MOR CARS operates as a marketplace connecting renters and vehicle owners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
